I guide people to develop a deeper, steadier relationship with their feelings. Together, we notice what’s alive in the body and mind, meet sensations and emotions without bypassing or overthinking, and move energy safely so it can transform how you live and relate.
I hold containers where you can explore challenging emotions, practice presence, and learn to respond from conscious awareness rather than subconscious habit.
I used to live mostly in my head, managing thoughts and feelings but never truly meeting them. My nervous system carried the weight of past experiences, signalling through panic, exhaustion, and numbness that my body could not keep up with. Breakdown and burnout led to a collapse, and curiosity about what I was missing.
Over time, I learned to pause and listen, to notice how my body carried stories shaped by trauma. Real change did not come from understanding alone - it came from staying with sensation, feeling what arises, and practising presence through discomfort. I learned to meet myself with curiosity and steadiness, rather than judgment and fixing.
This path led me to years of somatic exploration, shadow work, and nervous system education. I discovered that the body remembers what the mind forgets: trauma, yes, but also resilience. By connecting with my inner world, I began to regulate fully, access clarity, and live more embodied and responsive in the world.
I work with people who have lived in their heads and want to feel more alive. Together, we stop overthinking and bypassing, deepen awareness of emotions, and develop curiosity for what’s alive inside you.
We notice and move sensations and feelings, meet difficult emotions without shutting down, build steadiness and resilience that carries into daily life, explore and integrate hidden or rejected parts of yourself, and practice presence and relational responsibility so how you show up shifts from habit to awareness.
This work is practical, relational, and embodied. It’s about learning to stay with yourself moment by moment so your life, relationships, and sense of self deepen and expand.
Everything I offer is rooted in presence, curiosity, and integration. My work draws on years of training and hands-on experience. These practices are not just techniques; they are lived, embodied ways of working that create real long lasting change.
Trauma‑Informed Somatic Coaching
I help you tune into how your body holds emotion, tension, and survival responses. Together, we notice and move what’s stored rather than avoiding it. By working with sensation, you build nervous system regulation, release trapped energy, and cultivate a felt sense of safety, presence, and capacity. This supports choices rooted in embodied wisdom instead of fear, shame, or habit.
Neurolinguistic Programming
Your behaviour and emotional patterns are often driven by subconscious processes in the nervous system. Bringing these into awareness allows you to shift reactive loops, support meaningful behavioural change, and build resilience. You create change that is not just understood intellectually but felt in your body, gaining new choices, clearer perception, and a nervous system that increasingly supports grounded presence.
Shadow Integration
I guide you to build a compassionate relationship with the parts of yourself that have been hidden or rejected. Together, we learn the language of your unconscious, noticing how these hidden parts communicate through feelings, impulses, and patterns. By connecting with them with curiosity and acceptance, you expand your emotional range, deepen self‑understanding, and unlock energy that was previously trapped in avoidance.
