What to expect at HOME

This circle helps you notice what’s been quietly alive in your body and mind this month. You’ll meet these feelings as they arise, sense how they show up in your body, and respond from presence rather than habit. You will be guided to:

  • Stay with sensations and emotions you usually move away from

  • Use simple movement, breath, or sound to help energy move through

  • Pause and name what has shifted so it carries into everyday life

Optional Integration Space (FREE)

After the main circle, you’re invited to the Integration Space - a smaller container for personalised guidance:

  • Explore what specifically came up for you

  • Receive support tailored to your body, mind, and energy

  • Anchor insights and practices so they become part of your daily life

Michelle's experience:

before
"i was carrying a lot. emotionally and physically. anger and fear sat in my shoulders."

during
"i got angrier, then i got softer. i stayed with both. i realised that leaning into darker energies coincides with being understood and met fully - without managing how i come across to others."

after
"i feel lighter, physically and emotionally. the anger is still there, but i feel grounded instead of overwhelmed. i can see now that my body wants more presence, and for me to be with whatever is there, not trying to be still when something wants to move. this circle has been a reminder of my aliveness."

overheard at HOME:

“The person in front of me now is not the same person who walked in.”

“Hearing you speak unlocked something for me - it helped me understand my own inner world without needing to push.”

“I left feeling lighter, steadier, and fully seen.”

Who is this for?

This space is for you if you're ready to meet difficult emotions you've been carrying with guidance and support. You’ll be in a space where you can respond from conscious awareness rather than subconscious habit, and leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Why should I attend HOME?

This circle gives you the chance to meet the emotions, patterns, and sensations shaping your experience, notice them in your body, and carry forward with clarity, presence and acceptance.

Do I need experience?

No prior experience with shadow work or somatic practice needed - you move and feel at your own pace, guided in a way that meets you where you are. This is about noticing, responding, and learning tools that actually change you.

What is the Integration Space and why attend?

Immediately after the circle, you’re invited to the Integration Space. This is a smaller, intimate setting where you can bring your own questions, explore what surfaced, and get personalised guidance.

Who is HOME for?

Anyone who recognises that old patterns, unprocessed emotions, or tension are still influencing their life. Beginners are welcome. This circle is for those ready to meet what’s alive in them, respond rather than escape, and leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more aligned.

How will this actually help me in my life?

You leave having met what you usually avoid, released energy that was stuck, and seen the patterns that have been quietly running your life. Old habits lose their grip, and you start responding to emotions as they arise instead of letting them dictate your behaviour. You step into the month ahead able to feel what’s alive in your body and mind, respond to stress without spiralling into old patterns, and move through your life with clarity, steadiness, and real conscious choice.

What are people saying?

Mehwish

i arrived carrying resentment, anger, sorrow, loss. during the circle i was able to tap into my inner self again, something i knew was there but somehow couldn’t reach. i acknowledged my pain and loss. i could hold myself again as a whole. there might not be solutions to all the problems in the world, but there are people who will hold space for you without judgement, in the true sense. sometimes you don’t need help to get out of the mess. sometimes you just need someone to sit with you while you get yourself out of the mess. HOME felt like a place for that.

Rebecca: “I arrived carrying grief and feeling lost. I left calm, grounded, and fully present in myself.

Amy: “I came on autopilot, avoiding my feelings. I left rooted in my body, facing fear with self-compassion.”

Shaun: “I walked in tense and muddled. I left lighter, clearer, and able to meet my emotions without overwhelm.”
